Administrators can configure roles for users, to better manage the security of the environment.
The functions and restrictions of the roles are described in detail here.
Modifying User Role for a Single User
1 | Go to 'Settings' > 'User Management' | |
2 | Select the three-dot menu and choose the option 'Change role'. | |
3 | Select the role you want the user to have, and select 'Change'. |
Modifying User Role for Multiple Users (Bulk action)
1 | Go to 'Settings' > 'User Management' | |
2 | Check the checkbox for each user you would like to configure a role for | |
3 | Click the 'Bulk Actions' drop down menu, and choose the option 'Change Role' | |
4 | Choose the role you want the users to have and select 'Change'. |
