Configuring User Roles

Administrators can configure roles for users, to better manage the security of the environment.

The functions and restrictions of the roles are described in detail here.

Modifying User Role for a Single User

1	Go to 'Settings' > 'User Management'
2	Select the three-dot menu and choose the option 'Change role'.
3	Select the role you want the user to have, and select 'Change'.

Modifying User Role for Multiple Users (Bulk action)

1	Go to 'Settings' > 'User Management'
2	Check the checkbox for each user you would like to configure a role for
3	Click the 'Bulk Actions' drop down menu, and choose the option 'Change Role'
4	Choose the role you want the users to have and select 'Change'.
